William “Bill” Howard Traskowsky, 73, Gardner, Kansas passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Olathe Hospice House, Olathe, Kansas. Private family graveside with Military Honors will be Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa, Kansas.  A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Olathe Christian Church, 1115 S. Bill was born in Herington, Kansas on March 17, 1949 to William “Bob” Robert and Marilyn (Hickey) Traskowsky. He graduated from Ruskin High School in 1967.  On February 15, 1975 Bill married Pamela Suzanne Geiss in Olathe, Kansas.  He worked as a computer equipment analyst for IRS for 35 years.  Bill was a member of the Olathe Christian Church. He is a United States Navy Veteran, serving during Vietnam. Bill was an American Legion member.  He enjoyed  football and was a season ticket holder for the Kansas City Chiefs.  Bill liked to listen to country and gospel music. One of Bill’s favorite pastimes was watching his grandchildren play sports, drill team and dance.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his wife Pamela of the home; daughters Angela (Tom) Curry and Kim (Marlin) Fread both of Olathe, Kansas; sister: Jolene (Rodney) Shelley and grandchildren: Joshua, Molly, Zander, Emery and Addison.
