We lived across the road from Tom for 20 years. He was a very good man and a wonderful neighbor. He will be greatly missed. We always enjoyed stopping on the road or at the end of the drive and talking with him. He kept to himself and the farm most of the time but on occasion we were able to get him to come over to watch a ballgame or for a party. He helped me out on many occasions after Chris passed away and Chris helped Tom out a time or two when he needed an extra hand. He was very kind, generous and hard working man. Our deepest sympathy to the family. He will be missed.
