Obituary for Terri Ann Berry

Terri Ann Berry, 58, of Overbrook, KS passed away Aug. 23, 2022. Visitation will be held 1:00 pm with a Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm Fri., Sept. 9, 2022 all at Bruce Funeral Home, 106 S. Center, Gardner, KS (913) 856-7111. Private family inurnment at De Soto Cemetery, De Soto, KS. Terri was born Oct. 20, 1963 in Kansas City, Kansas to Ronald Eugene and Patty Sue (Spencer) Sisson. She grew up in De Soto where she attended De Soto High School. Terri married Kenneth L. Berry on Dec. 2, 1993 in De Soto, Kansas and they moved to Overbrook. She was a homemaker. Terri enjoyed her plants, flowers, gardening, spending time with her children, family and  her cats. She loved sports; especially the Chiefs and KU Basketball. Terri also liked traveling with Ken. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; niece, Jeryka Lawrence; siblings: Kimmy Jo Jennings and Mona Teresa Gower. Terri is survived by her husband, Ken of the home; son, David Sisson, Overbrook, KS; stepchildren: Janet Berry, Kansas City, MO, Kenneth Berry, De Soto, KS and Stacy Berry, Bonner Springs, KS; siblings: Becky (John) Lobner, De Soto, KS, Rhonda Kraus, De Soto, KS; grandkids: Erica, Tyler, Connie, Chad, Taylor and Andrew; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
