Robert “Bob” Joseph McGrail, 71, of Olathe, KS, passed away Dec. 30, 2021 at Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be held 3:00 – 6:00 pm Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022 at Bruce Funeral Home, 106 S. Center, Gardner, KS (913) 856-7111. Prayers follow at 6:00 pm. Robert was born March 3, 1950 in Detroit, MI to Lawrence and Helen (St. Pierre) McGrail. He served in the United States Navy. Robert married Linda Lulis on July 1, 1978. He worked as a mortgage loan officer. Robert had lived in Olathe for the past 28 years. He will be missed by family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence. Robert is survived by his wife, Linda, of the home; his mother, Helen; children: Jennifer and John Ratcliffe, Gardner, KS, Laurence McGrail, Olathe, KS, Matthew and Bryana McGrail, Olathe, KS; five grandchildren: Robert, Samuel, Anna, Blakely and MacKenna; siblings: Cheryl Rudd-Gordon, IL, John and Ann McGrail, MI, Kevin and Kim McGrail, FL, Karen and Hugh Major, MI, Brian and Sue McGrail. MI and numerous nieces and nephews.
