Randy Gene Chrisjohn, 68, of Overland Park, KS, passed away Jan. 10, 2021. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 pm at Bruce Funeral Home, 106 S. Center, Gardner, KS. Inurnment to follow at Gardner Cemetery Gardner, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Randy was born March 21, 1952 in Herington, KS to Walter Gene and Winona Mae (Hilderman) Chrisjohn. He married Leah Nash in Overland Park, KS on Oct. 10, 1998. Randy worked as the Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Manager for Churchhill Container. He was a sports lover and prided himself on knowing statistics for many sports. Randy coached baseball, enjoyed league bowling and loved both the Chiefs and the Royals. He was a board member and elder at Hope Chapel, Olathe, KS.
He was preceded in death by his father Walter Gene Chrisjohn. Randy is survived by his mother Winona, Gardner, KS; wife Leah, of the home; daughter Holly Fuzzell (David), Gardner, KS; siblings: Scott Chrisjohn (Tina), Osawatomie, KS, Rick Chrisjohn (Donna), De Soto, KS, Sheree Adams Edgerton, KS; grandchildren: Reghan, Nolan and Emma as well as many nieces and nephews. Randy will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
