Norma Lee Johnson, 90, Lake Wood Hills community of Ozawkie and formerly of Gardner, Kansas passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at her son’s home. Cremation care is planned. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Bruce Funeral Home, 106 S. Center, Gardner, Kansas 66030 (913-856-7111). Norma was born May 7, 1929 at Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of James M. and Dorthia E. (Hutton) Hamilton. Norma worked many years as a quality control production worker, working 20 years for the Seal Rite Company and 15 years for Deluxe Check Corporation, Lenexa, Kansas where she retired.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jim Hamilton. She is survived by a son John (Jackie) Klug, Ozawkie, Kansas; daughter Geri (Rick) Caldwell, Gardner, Kansas; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchild.
