I remember when I was a little boy always staying the summer at grandmas house in Olathe and her Farm in Gardner she was a great grandma and I'm going to miss her dearly.
She was a kind and loving woman.
If I could just hear here laugh again.
I know I will see her again someday.

Nancy was one of my dearest friends. She was as real as one can be and I loved her spunk and passion. She didn't care what others may think of her and was comfortable in her own skin. Nancy and I had many laughs through the years, meeting at St. Joe Medical Center as nurse colleagues. Nancy was a good nurse and always had my back, and I had hers. We built fencing at her home together, did many dinners, Jazz zoo and even attended a Chiefs game together. All special memories to me. I'll always remember getting dirty at her Farm, riding the golf cart with the dogs. That's one of my favorite Nancy memories, enjoying the land, animals and one another. God certainly got it right when he created Nancy. She spent a lot of time talking of her wonderful daughter Tristen to me, who was the apple of her eye. I miss and will always miss my dear friend. Rest in peace and love you Nancy 💞🙏
