Frederick was born on May 20, 1944 in Warren, Ohio to Frederick Warren Kibler, Sr. and Mary Belle (Messersmith) Kibler. He grew up in Warren and graduated from Braceville High School. Frederick was a self- employed sod farmer for 45 years in the Miami County area. Frederick enjoyed fishing, trapping and collecting antiques. He was a founding member of the National Lure Collectors Club.
Frederick was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son Frederick W. Kibler III
and Dawn Smith, Stilwell, Kansas; daughter Kolette Knittel and husband Randy, Spring Hill, Kansas; life partner Debbie Steimle, Paola, Kansas; siblings Sue Saltman, Warren, Ohio and Tresa Ulderich, Braceville, Ohio and grandsons Keen and Kael Knittel, Spring Hill, Kansas.
