David Cecil Hines, 69, Olathe, Kansas passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Kansas. Cremation with no service.  Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com

David was born on November 23, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri to Jesse Cecil and Olive Joan (McManis) Hines.  He graduated from Olathe High School in 1970.  David was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He worked as an over the road truck driver for many years and recently was an Uber driver.  He was a longtime resident of North Kansas City until last year when he moved to Olathe.

David was preceded in death by his father.  He is survived by his mother Olive, Olathe, Kansas and sister Diana Cheatham and husband Ted, Spring Hill, Kansas.
