Clive “Pee Wee” Burnett, 74, Edwardsville, Kansas passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at his home. Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com
Clive was born June 7, 1947 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert and Helen (Warner) McCarley. Clive married Brenda Wheeler on August 14, 1969 in Jackson, Michigan. He served in the Army from 1966 - 1969, serving in Vietnam. Clive lived in Novinger, Missouri, Kirksville, Missouri and Olathe, Kansas before moving to Edwardsville, Kansas. Clive retired as a CDS food vendor Supervisor for Costco. He loved the Kansas City Chiefs, the St. Louis Cardinals, golfing, fishing and shopping on Amazon. Clive loved his granddaughters and family and will be dearly missed by all.
Clive is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Brenda; sister, Sandra Kay McFarland. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Whiteis (Zach), of Tucker, GA; Brother, Jim Burnett (Amy) of Seattle, WA.; Granddaughters, Luella and Elenni; four nieces and four nephews; several great nieces and nephews and partner, Kathy Carter, Edwardsville, KS.
