Charlotte “Charlie” Jean Bieker, 77, Gardner, Kansas passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022 at her home.  Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church, 650 E. Madison Ave, Gardner, Kansas 66030.  Inurnment at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas, at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 22, 2022.  Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church. Charlie was born May 8, 1945. She graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School.  On October 31, 1997 Charlie married  Norman Eugene Bieker in Olathe, Kansas. She worked for Exxon Mobile, C.M. and Moore Plastics in line production and manufacturing.  Charlie was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Gardner, Kansas.  She lived in Olathe before moving to Gardner 19 years ago.  Charlie enjoyed crocheting and playing croquet as well as motorcycle riding, camping and drag racing.

Charlie was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd H. and Francis Evelynn (Brewer) Strawhacker, Sr., and brother Fred Fangrow.  She is survived by her husband Norman of the home; children: Doug (Connie) Watson, Gardner, Kansas, Cherrie Lyn Watson, Olathe, Kansas, Gerald Wayne (Joy) Watson, Dunnegan, Missouri and Tucker Newell, Gardner, Kansas; stepsons: Benjamin (Ashley) Bieker, St. James, Missouri and Andrew Bieker, Gardner, Kansas; brother Floyd H. Strawhacker, Jr., Abilene, Kansas; grandchildren: Evelynn J. Watson, Madison Nicole Watson, Brandon Michael Watson, Kirsten Houcheris and Christopher Stufflebean; great granddaughter, Saphira Stufflebean.
