Beverly was born in Canton, Illinois on January 18, 1943 to Parker William and Janet M. (Burland) Bigley.  She grew up in New Mexico, graduating from Hobbs High School and attended the University of New Mexico.  Beverly married Robert Joseph Betlach on June 6, 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri. Beverly and Bob loved a good time: they entertained, played games, were avid sports fans, and never missed an opportunity to get on the dance floor. Beverly was a preschool teacher who enjoyed traveling, quilting and crafting, but spending time with family and friends was her favorite thing to do. Beverly was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church after moving to Gardner in 2010. Her door was always open and she will be remembered as a loving mom, aunt, nana, teacher and friend to all.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; husband and loving partner Bob and sister Brenda Johnson. She is survived by her daughter Terri Taylor and son-in-law Tony, Gardner, Kansas; sons Robert Joseph Betlach II and daughter-in-law Linda from St Joe, Missouri and Michael Gerard Betlach and daughter-in-law Kim from Wichita, Kansas; Beverly’s sister-in-law Jeanette Wilson, Lexington, KY, brother Philip Bigley, St, Louis, Missouri; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
