Betty was born June 26, 1950 in Ray, Ohio to Harold William and Margaret Elouise (Speakman) Harper. Betty married Carl Thomas Hopkins on March 26, 1971. She was full of love and joy. Betty was an amazing mother, grandmother, wife, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl and daughter, Becky Hopkins; siblings: Bill (Cathy), Jenny, Gene, and Evelyn. Betty is survived by her sons: Carl Hopkins (Christy), Spring Hill, KS and Kenny Hopkins, London, OH; siblings: Elsie, Carlon, Rose (Chad), Sue (John), Danny (Tonya), John (Judy), Martha (Abe) and Vicky (Ken). Betty is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. Some of her “grandchildren” adopted her as Grandma since her move to Kansas.
